Registered Dental Hygienist
McLean County Dental | Bloomington, Illinois
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
McLean County Dental is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice in Bloomington, Illinois. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and is willing and able to work Monday through Thursday.
The ideal candidate will be a positive team player who communicates effectively, builds strong relationships with patients, and works collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team. We value a supportive work environment where everyone contributes to creating an exceptional experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and patient assessments
Take dental X-rays as needed
Educate patients about oral health and recommended treatment
Maintain accurate and complete patient records
Follow all infection-control and safety procedures
Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to ensure high-quality care
Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and team-focused environment
Qualifications:
Active Illinois dental hygiene license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Ability and willingness to work Monday through Thursday
Experience is preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
