Elegant Smiles is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist for our Atlanta, GA practice near North Druid Hills, Brookhaven, Decatur, Emory, Druid Hills, Toco Hills, Chamblee, Dunwoody, and North Atlanta.
At Elegant Smiles, our hygienists are treated as Perio Therapists and true healthcare providers. You will have the time, technology, doctor support, and compensation structure to provide excellent care without being rushed.
Why Hygienists Love Working Here
$50–$55/hour typical range, based on experience
Many hygienists earn $60–$70/hour through production upside
Higher of your hourly rate or 30% of adjusted production, calculated monthly
Monthly production bonus opportunity
Office bonus opportunity
One patient per hour
No assisted hygiene
No double-booked hygiene
No evenings or weekends
Every other Friday off
Half-day Fridays on working Fridays

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will have access to digital 3D scanners, CBCT, AI technology, intraoral cameras, Cavitrons, portable X-rays, digital sensors, Dry shields / Isolite / Relief suction system, hands-free perio charting, hands-free voice note dictation, dual monitors, patient education monitors, Blueprint Academy, online training, quarterly hygiene masterminds, and a private hygiene WhatsApp community.
What You'll Do
Provide high-quality hygiene care with one patient per hour
Support periodontal diagnosis, education, and treatment
Use technology to help patients understand their oral health
Partner with doctors and teammates to create a great patient experience
What We're Looking For
Active Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong patient communication skills
Positive, team-first attitude
Interest in perio, patient education, and clinical growth
