Cornerstone Dentistry is seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Lenoir, NC. Our ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, values strong relationships, and enjoys working in a collaborative, modern dental practice focused on high-quality care and long-term patient health.

Full-time: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

Provide thorough preventive and periodontal hygiene care

Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and preventive care

Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Perform periodontal charting and assist in diagnosing periodontal conditions

Utilize modern dental technology to support patient care and treatment outcomes

Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create exceptional patient experiences

Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards

Build trusting relationships with patients while creating a comfortable and positive environment

Benefits Offered:

Competitive hourly rate between $42-$48/hr
