Job Description
Position Details:
Coordinate and oversee the I-Smile and I-Smile @ School programs
Build relationships with dental providers, schools, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
Provide oral health education, training, and outreach to families and community partners
Assist families in accessing dental care and community resources
Promote preventive oral health practices through community engagement and public health initiatives
Collaborate with agency staff to improve health outcomes for children and families
Qualifications:
Iowa Registered Dental Hygienist licensure required
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with community partners
Passion for public health, education, and serving families
Valid Iowa driver's license and reliable transportation

Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. is seeking a motivated and compassionate I-Smile Coordinator to lead oral health initiatives, build community partnerships, and make a lasting impact across our service area
