Implant Dentist / Prosthodontist – All-on-4 & Full-Arch Surgery

We are seeking an experienced Implant Dentist or Prosthodontist with strong All-on-4 / All-on-X surgical experience to join our growing implant-focused dental practice.

This position is ideal for a clinician who is confident managing full-arch implant cases from treatment planning through surgery and restoration and who is comfortable performing advanced implant procedures independently.

Clinical Responsibilities
Perform All-on-4 / All-on-X full-arch implant surgeries
Surgical placement of dental implants
Perform full-mouth and complex extractions
Immediate implant placement when indicated
Perform alveoloplasty and ridge reduction
Bone grafting and site development as indicated
Evaluate bone quality and determine appropriate implant positioning
Review and interpret CBCT imaging
Digitally treatment-plan full-arch implant cases
Work with guided and/or freehand implant surgery
Perform multi-unit abutment placement and prosthetic conversion
Manage immediate-load full-arch cases
Manage postoperative care and implant complications
Participate in the restorative phase through delivery of the final prosthesis
Collaborate closely with the dental laboratory &and digital design team (in-house lab)
Qualifications
DDS or DMD required
Active New Jersey dental license
Prosthodontist preferred; highly experienced implant-focused general dentists will also be considered
Documented experience performing All-on-4 / All-on-X surgeries required
Strong implant placement and surgical extraction experience
Experience with full-arch immediate-loading protocols
Comfortable independently treatment-planning complex implant cases
Strong understanding of prosthetically driven implant placement
Experience with CBCT and digital implant planning
Experience with intraoral scanning and digital workflows preferred
Bone grafting experience strongly preferred
Excellent surgical judgment and complication-management skills
Strong communication and patient case-presentation skills
Ideal Candidate
We are specifically looking for a clinician who is already experienced with full-arch implant surgery, not simply someone interested in learning implant placement.

The ideal candidate can evaluate a full-arch patient, develop the surgical and restorative plan, perform extractions and implant placement, manage immediate loading, and work closely with our laboratory and restorative team through completion of the case.

Pay: $1,200.00 per day
