Full-time Intake Receptionist for Occupational Medicine
Gila Health Resources, a multi-site Occupational Medicine provider, is seeking a Full-time Intake Receptionist for its Morenci, AZ, clinic. This position answers incoming calls, greets patients/visitors in a positive, friendly, and welcoming manner, schedules appointments, checks patients in and out of appointments, collects and verifies patient and other needed information, and performs various clerical duties as required. The successful candidate will be friendly, professional, positive, polite, and exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
Occupational Medicine office hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The full-time work shift is 9 hours with a one-hour lunch: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Excellent compensation, health, vision, dental benefits, a matching 401 (k) plan, and a generous PTO plan.
Entry-level pay is $18 per hour, and up, depending on the candidate's experience.
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a post-offer drug and alcohol test and a successful background check, followed by compliance with GHR’s random and for-cause employee drug and alcohol testing policy during employment.
