Job Description
Join Our Pediatric Dental Team as a Full-Time Receptionist!
Location: Hiring for our Monroe, WA office location
Schedule: 7am-5:30pm Tuesday-Friday and every other Monday. *Hours vary based off of the day and office location and will be discussed further at the time of the interview*
Job Type: Full-Time
The Role
We’re looking for the face, voice, and heart of our pediatric dental office! Our ideal receptionist is someone who lights up a room, makes kids feel safe, parents feel heard, and teammates feel supported. If you’re naturally upbeat, confident, and love connecting with people, we can train you on the rest.
Prior dental experience is a big plus—but a vivacious, positive, people-loving personality is an absolute must.
About Us
We are a well-established pediatric dental practice with five busy locations and a strong reputation for exceptional care. Our offices are fast-paced, team-oriented, and built around compassion, communication, and fun (yes—fun at the dentist!). We believe the patient experience starts the moment someone walks through the door or picks up the phone.
What You’ll Do
As our receptionist, you’ll be the first and last impression for our families. Your day will include:
Greeting patients and parents with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
Creating a welcoming, kid-friendly front office experience
Managing check-ins and check-outs
Answering multiple phone lines and communicating via text, email, and fax
Scheduling appointments strategically to support office goals
Processing over-the-counter payments
Verifying insurance accurately
Maintaining organized and accurate patient records
Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Who You Are
You have prior dental or medical front-office experience (preferred, not required)
You bring high energy, warmth, and a naturally positive attitude every day
You’re comfortable talking to everyone—kids, parents, coworkers, and providers
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
You communicate clearly and kindly, both verbally and in writing
Bilingual skills are a huge plus
Experience with Denticon and dental insurance is helpful, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Why You’ll Love Working Here
A supportive, upbeat team that truly enjoys working together
A mission-driven practice focused on creating positive dental experiences for kids
Opportunities to grow and learn in a multi-location pediatric practice
A role where your personality actually matters—and is celebrated
The chance to make a real impact on families in your community
Ready to Apply?
We’d love to meet you! Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you’d be a great fit for our team. Applications missing required materials will not be considered.
