Are you a detail-oriented, experienced, self-motivated and passionate receptionist/patient/insurance/financial coordinator looking for a new opportunity? Our small but welcoming dental office is looking for someone special to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients.

About Us: At Mindful Dentistry, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and educating environment where both our patients and staff feel valued and cared for. We believe in a functional approach to dental and overall health and are committed to providing top-notch services in a supportive setting.

We prioritize work/life balance and operate on a 4-day work week, from 9 AM to 4 or 5 PM, with no weekends.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Working in dental or medical setting, understanding dental terminology is a must. We use Open Dental - experience with that software would be great! Also, please let us know if you have any marketing or sales skills!

Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of care. I would expect you to follow up, be a good listener, and a great communicator.

Passion to Learn: A genuine passion for dental health and patient care. I am looking for someone who is excited about learning together as a team for years to come.

Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can self-motivate and encourage others!
