We are seeking professional, motivated individuals to join our busy multi-specialty Dental Office as a Junior Receptionist. This position offers great growth potential, with the opportunity to become Full Time for the right candidate!
Requirements:
BILINGUAL – English & Spanish REQUIRED
Must speak and translate fluently in both languages.
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Computer-savvy with good typing and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, well-spoken, and professional in appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, including multiple phone lines
Communicate courteously and confidently with patients over the phone
Register and check in incoming patients
Support front desk operations as needed
