Pearl Dental Associates is a privately owned, technology-driven dental practice with two established general dentistry offices and a dedicated implant center. We are seeking an experienced General Dentist (Super GP) who wants more than just another associate position.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Six-month daily guarantee, transitioning to 33–35% of collections after the guarantee period. Option to transition to collections earlier if collections exceed the daily guarantee.

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a focus on exceptional patient outcomes
Diagnose and treatment plan complex restorative and surgical cases
Deliver high-quality restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry
Continue expanding your implant and advanced procedure skillset
Build strong relationships through patient education and communication
Collaborate with an experienced clinical team in a technology-driven environment
Help lead a culture focused on excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Massachusetts dental license
5+ years of clinical experience practicing comprehensive dentistry
Strong restorative and treatment planning skills
Experience or strong interest in implant dentistry and advanced procedures
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Commitment to continued professional growth and clinical excellence
