Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant (Part-Time)
Smiles+Grins Pediatric Dentistry – Upper East Side, NYC
High-level, modern pediatric dental office seeking a true Lead Assistant (minimum 4+ years experience) to take ownership of systems, team performance, and clinical flow.

We have a fun, positive, high-energy environment—and we’re looking for the right fit to lead and grow with our team.

This is not an entry-level or “just assisting” role.

Schedule:
Wednesdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursdays: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
1 Saturday per month
Fridays to be added
What You’ll Do:
Lead and hold the assisting team accountable
Implement and maintain efficient systems
Manage inventory and organization
Keep the office running on time and at a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years dental assisting (pediatric strongly preferred)
Proven leadership (not just seniority)
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
X-ray certified (required)
