Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Lead - Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate must be comfortable assisting in a fast-paced, multi-provider office.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the back-office clinical team
Assist the doctor during a wide range of procedures
Take X-rays and impressions as needed
Perform coronal polishing and sealant placement (if certified)
Maintain strict infection control protocols
Manage supply inventory and assist with ordering
Ensure operatories are properly stocked and organized
Provide clear communication with front office and assist with patient flow
Qualifications:
Current California RDA license
5+ years of dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred)
X-ray license and CPR certification
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong work ethic and a team-player mindset
Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus
