Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Dental Assistant to join our dental team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, support the dental team in delivering exceptional patient care, and ensure the smooth functioning of our dental practice. Your expertise in clinical procedures, patient management, and dental technology will drive efficiency and elevate the patient experience. One year experience in dentistry is a must.
Responsibilities
Take excellent full mouth x-rays.
Dental charting.
Review informed consents with patients.
Be flexible with working hours.
Be friendly with patients.
Experience
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or Lead Dental Assistant within a busy dental clinic environment.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and general dentistry procedures, dental implants, etc.
Demonstrate expertise in dental sterilization procedures, infection prevention management, and aseptic technique.
Skilled in taking high-quality dental X-rays (including panoramic and CBCT)
Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration.
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
