We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and patient-focused Lead Dental Treatment Coordinator / Assistant Office Manager to join our thriving dental practice in Manhasset, NY.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating patient care, supporting office operations, and helping drive the continued growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans, scheduling, and financial arrangements
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently while addressing patient questions with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently to maximize patient satisfaction and office productivity
Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment estimates and financial discussions
Manage insurance claims, and other administrative functions
Support daily office operations and workflow management
Assist with implementing and maintaining office policies, systems, and procedures
Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
Help foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered office culture
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Dental Office Manager, or Assistant Office Manager preferred
Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, claims processing, and collections
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
Leadership qualities and ability to work effectively within a team environment
