Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced General Dentist who takes pride in delivering excellent dentistry, building patient relationships, and contributing to a successful practice.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:
Holds a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
Holds or is eligible to obtain an active New Mexico dental license
Has strong general dentistry clinical skills and sound treatment-planning judgment
Communicates confidently and compassionately with patients
Values clinical excellence, ethical care, and patient satisfaction
Is comfortable working in a busy, established practice
Enjoys collaborating with and supporting a dental team
Is motivated by strong earning potential and professional growth
Has an interest in leadership, practice development, or potential ownership
