Job Description
Premier Dental of Branchburg, part of Hudson Dental, is looking for a strong full-time General Dentist to step into the lead clinical role in a growing PPO/FFS office.
This is not a starter associate position. We are looking for a dentist who can provide stability, lead clinical production, build patient trust, and help grow the office over the next several years.
The right candidate must have the clinical judgment, maturity, and drive to replace a role historically filled by senior dentists with 15+ years of experience. We will consider a dentist with 5+ years of experience if they are patient focused, productive, passionate about dentistry, and looking for a stable home.
Compensation
$1,000/day guarantee or 32% of production, whichever is higher
Top producers can earn $350,000–$500,000+ annually
Equity opportunity up to 20% over time beginning at month 13
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
True lead dentist role — not competing for patients
PPO/FFS patient base only — no Medicaid
Strong hygiene program already in place
Modern office with CBCT, intraoral scanner, digital X-rays, and five renovated operatories
Opportunity to bring endo, surgery, implants, and higher-value treatment in-house
Backed by Hudson Dental’s operational, recruiting, marketing, and growth support
About the Role
We are looking for a dentist who can confidently diagnose, present treatment, and perform comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, and basic oral surgery.
This role is intended to be the main full-time provider in the office. A second dentist currently supports the practice one day a week, but the successful candidate will have strong access to the schedule, hygiene exams, and higher-value treatment opportunities.
Implant placement experience is strongly preferred and may be required for top compensation consideration.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to reliably work:
Monday, Wednesday, Tuesday and/or Thursday: 8:45 AM–5:45 PM
1–2 Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care
Diagnose and present treatment clearly and confidently
Lead clinical production in the office
Build trust with patients and the team
Work closely with hygiene to identify and diagnose needed treatment
Perform restorative, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, and basic oral surgery
Help reduce outside referrals by bringing appropriate procedures in-house
Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation
Qualifications
Active New Jersey dental license required
Ideally 5+ years of post-residency general dentistry experience
Strong general dentistry skill set required
Confidence with endodontics and extractions required
Implant placement experience strongly preferred
Must be comfortable being the primary full-time dentist in the office
Must be clinically confident and team-oriented
Must be looking for a stable long-term role
Benefits
401(k)
401(k) matching
Health insurance
Dental insurance
Vision insurance
Paid time off
Employee discount
Growth opportunities within Hudson Dental
Ideal Fit
This is a great fit for a dentist who wants a place where they can lead, produce, grow, and build something for themselves and the community. This is not a fit for someone looking for a temporary role, a light schedule, or a first job out of residency.
