Lead Dentist (Part-Time)

We are a fast-growing, modern, Spanish-friendly practice (misonrisa.com) looking for a Lead Dentist to help us on a part-time basis with the opportunity to grow into more days in the future. We serve a large Hispanic community and offer dental and orthodontic services.

Spanish-speaking is a plus (large Spanish-speaking patient base)

You show up and focus on dentistry — we handle patients, marketing, supplies, billing, and scheduling

COMPENSATION
Percentage of Collections with Daily Minimum Guarantees

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform general dentistry procedures
Collaborate with orthodontic team
Maintain clear communication with both English and Spanish-speaking patients
Help grow the practice with great clinical results and patient satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
DDS/DMD from accredited dental school
Valid Texas dental license
Comfortable with restorative dentistry and extractions
Spanish-speaking is a major plus
