Lead Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Conduct routine check-ups, cleanings, and preventive care.

Execute various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and oral surgeries.

Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental issues accurately.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Eaglesoft software.

Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.

Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols in the dental office.

Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills
Proficient in medical documentation and familiar with open dental software.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology
Experience in patient assessment and oral surgery procedures.

Ability to work effectively in a dental office setting with a focus on patient comfort.

Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus.

Demonstrated proficiency in medical imaging techniques.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
