The Edge Men's Health Clinic-recently named 2025 Best of Northwest Arkansas: Men's Clinic-is seeking a polished, energetic, and service-driven Patient Experience Team Member to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
Greet patients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience throughout the patient visit
Manage front desk communications including phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries
Coordinate and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure smooth clinic flow
Handle scheduling changes with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Assist with patient check-in/check-out and accurately process payments
Educate patients on services, promotions, and products as appropriate

Comfortable using multiple systems (e.g., scheduling software, Word, Excel)

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling or front office experience (required)
Minimum 2 years of computer experience (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
