We’re looking for an experienced Lead General Dentist to join our growing dental group in Albuquerque, NM.
This is more than an associate position. It’s an opportunity for the right doctor to step into an established, high-volume practice, earn at a high level, have true clinical autonomy, and potentially earn equity in a multi-location dental organization.

Your Role
You’ll initially serve as the Lead General Dentist at one of our established Albuquerque locations, anchoring the clinical side of the practice and taking ownership of your schedule, patient relationships, and clinical outcomes.
