About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and community-oriented General Dentist to join our growing practice serving an underserved Brooklyn community.
This is more than a traditional associate position. We are looking for a clinician who wants to build long-term patient relationships, contribute to a positive team culture, and play a meaningful role in the future growth of the practice.
The ideal candidate is comfortable treating both adults and older children, enjoys working with diverse populations, understands the importance of teamwork and efficient patient care, and is committed to providing high-quality dentistry with compassion and integrity.

Compensation & Benefits
$185,000 annual salary
Guaranteed full-time schedule (5 days per week)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
$5,000 Annual Professional Development & Benefits Allowance (may be used toward malpractice coverage, continuing education, health insurance, relocation expenses, licensing fees, or other professional needs).

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry for adults and children
Diagnose and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care
Collaborate effectively with assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff
Help foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
Support efficient patient flow and scheduling
Contribute to the long-term success and stability of the practice
Qualifications
Required
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active New York State dental license
Active New York Medicaid provider enrollment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to serving an underserved community
Ability to commit to a minimum two-year term of employment
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience treating Medicaid populations
Experience in community health, public health, or high-volume general practice settings
Leadership or mentorship experience
Understanding of scheduling, patient flow, insurance optimization, and clinical operations
