We are looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Surgical Assistant to join our fantastic team. We have a fast-paced but positive work environment with exceptionally long-term employee retention. We take pride in our team, our patients, and the quality of care we provide.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5* years of Oral maxillofacial surgery*
EFDA certification preferred/required
Current CPR certification required
Oral Surgery assisting experience
Ability to take dental X-rays
Accurate and timely patient note documentation
Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented personality
Excellent communication and people skills
Professional presentation
Knowledge of inventory management and ordering
Someone who is confident, dependable, organized, and ready to take on a leadership role
DAANCE Certificate required
