Job Description
We are a private dental practice in Plano looking for an experienced Lead RDA to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, takes pride in their work, and knows how to set the tone for those around them. If you are the person your team looks to when things need to get done right — we want to meet you.
What We Are Looking For
Active Texas RDA license required
3+ years of RDA experience with strong general dentistry skills, surgery experience a plus
Natural leader who leads by example and supports the clinical team
Comfortable training and mentoring other assistants
Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills
Reliable, organized, and a true team player
