What You'll Do
As our Lead Registered Dental Assistant, you'll help lead our clinical team while ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading and mentoring our dental assisting team
Supporting advanced biomimetic, restorative, cosmetic and surgical procedures
Anticipating doctor and team needs before they arise
Increasing opportunities for same-day treatment whenever clinically appropriate
Helping eliminate unnecessary patient visits through thoughtful planning and preparation
Preparing operatories with precision and attention to detail
Maintaining exceptional infection control and sterilization standards
Coordinating laboratory cases and clinical supplies
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and clinical efficiency every day
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
A licensed Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
An experienced leader who enjoys mentoring others
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure and proactive in solving problems
Passionate about prevention, patient education, and exceptional patient care
Naturally anticipates the next step instead of waiting for direction
Committed to continuous learning and professional growth
Excited about advanced dentistry and biomimetic principles
Previous biomimetic experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and embrace our philosophy is even more important.
