Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 2 Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will support clinical operations, provide exceptional patient care, and assist with various dental procedures. Duties
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in compliance with infection control protocols
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including orthodontics and pediatrics
Manage patient records using Cleardent dental software.
Take and develop dental radiographs, including CAD imaging when necessary
Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
Support front desk activities as a dental receptionist when needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed and materials used
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment at all times
Experience
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant at Level 2
Familiarity with dental software platforms is highly desirable
Experience assisting with orthodontic treatments and pediatric dentistry is a plus
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice
Prior exposure to CAD imaging or digital dentistry tools is advantageous
Certification in Dental Assisting required; additional training in orthodontics or pediatrics is preferred
Strong communication skills suitable for interacting with patients of all ages, including children
