Job Description
Stars Orthodontics is a speciality orthodontic practice located in Downtown Ottawa. Our growing practice is looking for energetic, positive, and dependable candidates to join our team.
Duties:
-The scope of work depends on whether the candidate is Level I or Level II.
- Assist the Orthodontist during various procedures
- Sterilize dental instruments, carry out digital scans of patients
- Record patient information and maintain accurate dental records
- Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Perform basic laboratory tasks, such as pouring impressions
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
