We are a patient-focused dental practice in Issaquah, WA, looking for a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team.
Whether you are an experienced dentist or a recent dental school graduate, we would love to hear from you. We can provide mentorship and support for new graduates and are committed to helping you build confidence and grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dental care
Diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans
Perform restorative, preventive, and other general dentistry procedures
Educate patients about their oral health and treatment options
Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
Maintain accurate clinical records
Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and the front-office team
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Current Washington State dental license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
