Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care by providing comprehensive dental services in a welcoming environment. Your expertise will help improve patients’ oral health, enhance their smiles, and foster long-term relationships built on trust and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical skills while working alongside a passionate team committed to excellence in dental care. Current providers take home $1,000+ per day on 6-8 hour days. We need someone for our busiest shift 10am-7pmpm during the week. Mondays ONLY. Independent Contractor Pay only. Must have an excellent bedside manner and win win mentality. We have a great team and need a great provider for a successful fit. Positivity, and enjoys what they do. We see primarily Medi-cal Dental( 67%) and (33%)PPO patients. 3 Columns, 2 assistant and 1 sterile tech. 10-16 patients a day on average.
Base Pay($800) as well as Production Compensation(no adjustments for labs or financing)
Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics with precision and care.
Conduct patient assessments to determine oral health status and develop personalized treatment plans.
Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other oral surgeries following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
Manage medical documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining detailed medical records.
Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient comfort and procedural efficiency.
Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to provide comprehensive care.
Experience
General Dentist with a current California license to practice dentistry.
Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment, demonstrating proficiency in general dentistry procedures.
Familiarity with dental software such as Denticon, or Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and record management.
Hands-on experience performing all aspects of general dentistry to include, fillings, crown and bridge work, implants ,root canal therapy, removable prosthetics and other oral surgeries.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles and practices is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge related to oral structures, and infection control standards.
