Stone Arch Dental is on the hunt for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) who’s motivated, skilled, and ready to join a drama-free* team (*okay, maybe just a little drama—but the fun kind).We've built a brand-new, modern dental clinic in Blaine, and this is your chance to get in on the ground floor.
Help shape workflows, systems, and culture from day one

You’re not just anyone; you’re someone who:
Holds a Minnesota LDA License and current BLS (CPR) certification.
Can chat up anyone from toddlers to grandparents while maintaining total professionalism (yes, even if they’re still mid-mouth-rinse).
Knows your way around a keyboard and dental software.
Can pour stone impressions like a pro (or is excited to learn!).
Bonus skills that make us do a happy dance ($):
Restorative functions
Digital impressions with a scanner
Mastering the art of CEREC same-day crowns
Nitrous oxide certificate
Allied sedation certificate
Knowledge/experience of 3D printing
Knowledge/experience of Open Dental
Oral surgery/implant experience
