Position: Licensed Dental Assistant
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Status: Full-Time | Hourly | $32/hour + Daily Bonus

Full-time, consistent schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., open to 4 day work week)
1-hour lunch break daily

What You'll Do:
As a Licensed Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding care to our patients. Your daily tasks will include:
Preparing exam rooms and sterilizing instruments
Assisting Dentists, Dental Therapists, and Hygienists during procedures
Taking and exposing dental x-rays
Recording patient vitals and treatment notes
Providing post-op instructions and patient education
Assisting with impressions, temporary crowns, root canals, and more
Supporting lab case prep and dental model pouring
Helping with infection control protocols
Ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For:
Current MN Dental Assistant License
Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program
CPR Certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and reliable
Proficient with computers and dental software
Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Oromo, or Hmong is a plus!
