Licensed Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures

- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental software systems (Epic, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)

- Perform medical documentation, including medical coding and updating medical records

- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff
Qualifications:

- Dental assisting certification or relevant experience

- Proficiency in using dental software systems (Epic, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)

- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
