Licensed Dental Assistant (Part-Time with Full-Time Opportunity)
North Star Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Licensed Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric practice in Maple Grove. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, provides exceptional patient care, and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Take high-quality digital dental radiographs
Perform coronal polishing and apply fluoride varnish
Place pit and fissure sealants
Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures
Prepare and disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for every child and family
Qualifications:
Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license
Current CPR certification
Experience with digital radiographs, coronal polishing, and sealant placement
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pediatric dental experience is preferred but not required
Friendly, dependable, organized, and eager to learn
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our practice continues to grow. We are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term member of our team and growing alongside our practice.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
