Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Perform dental charting and maintain accurate medical records
Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history
Licensed Dental Assistants: Clinical Assisting on treatments and operative procedures
Licensed Dental Assistants: Perform patient cleanings and take dental x-rays
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Licensed Dental Assistant or Non-Clinical (Unlicensed) Dental Assistant
X-ray certification (Office will sponsor this if individual does not have this certification)
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
