Job Description
Parkway Dental is seeking a full-time Certified Dental Assistant to join our team, working closely with our well-loved Dr. Su Xu. This is a unique opportunity to build a career in endodontics, assisting with advanced root canal and surgical procedures while learning to work with a dental operating microscope and state-of-the-art technology.
You'll be joining a dedicated endodontic team consisting of two Certified Dental Assistants and one administrative team member who work exclusively with Dr. Su Xu. Our team is structured to support one another by dovetailing appointments, allowing for an efficient workflow while maintaining exceptional patient care. We also intentionally schedule blocked setup time for longer procedures, ensuring you have the time and support needed to provide your best work,without feeling rushed.
Whether you already have endodontic experience or are simply passionate about learning, we are happy to train the right person who is eager to grow including advanced CE opportunities such as CDAAC certification.
What We're Looking For
Certified/Licensed Dental Assistant in British Columbia.
A genuine interest in endodontics and advanced dentistry.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A calm, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Endodontic experience is an asset but not required, we're happy to provide training for the right candidate.
