Job Description
Orthodontic Clinical Assistant (LDA) (Part-Time)
Glow Orthodontics is a brand-new, boutique orthodontic practice in Chanhassen seeking a part-time Clinical Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.The ideal candidate is a skilled clinical assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, takes pride in their work, and brings a positive attitude to the team every day.
Responsibilities
Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and procedures
Take digital scans, intraoral photographs, and orthodontic records
Prepare treatment chairs and maintain efficient clinical flow
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
Educate patients on orthodontic treatment, appliances, and care instructions
Provide excellent patient communication and customer service
Assist with inventory management and clinical organization
Qualifications
Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, people-centered, energetic, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable learning new technology and workflows
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
