$34.00–$38.00 per hour | Full-Time | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

What We Offer

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of restorative and surgical procedures.
Prepare operatories and patients for treatment.
Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
Manage patient flow and support an efficient clinical schedule.
Deliver exceptional patient care with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding patient care.
