Job description:
Reflections Dental Care is a modern, growing dental practice located at the center of Brooklyn Park, Osseo, and Maple Grove in the Twin Cities. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to partake in our clinical assisting team and help elevate our patient care experience.

We are a three-dentist practice providing comprehensive care including general dentistry, orthodontic treatments, dental implants, and select oral surgical procedures, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical environment.

We are looking for someone who can:
Support daily clinical flow in the back office
Set the standard for clinical efficiency and patient care
Support, guide, and mentor the clinical environment
Help improve systems, workflows, and operatory readiness
Our practice offers a wide range of procedures, including:
General and restorative dentistry
Orthodontic treatments (including aligners and appliances)
Dental implant procedures
Select oral surgery procedures
Digital imaging, chairside assisting, and patient flow coordination
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient execution of all clinical workflows.

What We’re Looking For
Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) – required
Strong clinical experience in general dentistry
New grads welcome
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to take initiative and improve systems
Positive, calm, and team-oriented leadership style
Confidence working closely with doctors and guiding team members
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
