Job Description
Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) – Full-Time
Monday–Thursday | No Evenings | No Weekends
Are you looking for a dental practice where you'll be valued, supported, and enjoy coming to work each day?
We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our friendly, patient-focused team. Experienced LDAs are preferred, but we also welcome applications from new graduates who are awaiting their provincial license/registration. If you're eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment.
Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
Take digital radiographs and assist with digital workflows.
Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate clinical records using ClearDent practice management software.
Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient.
What We're Looking For
Licensed Dental Assistant (or new graduate awaiting provincial licensing/registration).
Experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, professional, and reliable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A team player who enjoys building relationships with patients and coworkers.
Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
