What we are looking for:

A current Minnesota Dental Assistant License is required

Someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys helping patients feel at ease

A great communicator who works well with patients and their team

A positive person who has a "pitch-in" attitude

What does a typical day at Silver Lake Dental look like?:

Arrive at 7:30 am Monday through Thursday for set-up and preparation for the day and our 7:45 am huddle. We see patients starting at 8:00 am.

Assist the doctor chairside with efficiency and care, and make accurate and detailed chart notes

Prepare rooms and instruments, and support your team with sterilization

Assist your team with other duties that help us continue to deliver exceptional care to our patients
