What We're Looking For:
Current Minnesota Dental Hygiene License (required)
Someone who is reliable, professional, and makes patients feel at ease
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
A positive person with a pitch-in attitude
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
Arrive by 7:30 a.m. for set-up and a quick team huddle at 7:45 a.m. Patient care begins at 8:00 am and is finished at 5 pm Monday through Thursday. No evenings and no weekends!
Building trust with patients while providing high-quality preventive care
Performing gentle and thorough cleanings and periodontal therapy
Educating patients on oral health in a way that's clear and encouraging
Collaborating with doctors and teammates to co-treatment plan and deliver seamless care
