Licensed Dental Hygienist in Edina

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner.

Hours
Closed on weekends. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am-4:30pm. Friday 8am-4pm, Wednesdays closed.

Duties

- Conduct dental cleanings

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Maintain patient records accurately

- Perform periodontal charting and assist with treatment planning

- Sterilize dental instruments following aseptic techniques

- Utilize Open Dental software for patient management
Qualifications

- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice

- Proficiency in medical imaging

- Knowledge of dental terminology and medical documentation

- Experience working in a dental clinic setting

- Strong interpersonal skills to assist patients effectively
Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Open Dental

- Proficiency in medical imaging, coding, and documentation
Pay rate will be determined upon job experience.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
