Job Description
Licensed Dental Hygienist Partnership Opportunity – Kamloops, BC
A new dental hygiene clinic is currently being developed in Kamloops, British Columbia, and I am looking to connect with a Licensed Dental Hygienist who may be interested in a unique partnership opportunity.
This may be particularly appealing to:
Active hygienists
Semi-retired hygienists
Retired hygienists who maintain their licence in good standing
New graduates looking to get involved in a growing project
This is not just an idea on paper. Funding is secured, professional consultants have been engaged, site selection has been completed, and the project is actively moving through the planning and development stages. Approximately $800,000+ is being invested into the clinic build-out, equipment, technology, and startup costs.
The clinic will focus primarily on preventative oral healthcare and serving a large patient population with significant demand for hygiene services.
Because of the ownership requirements under BC regulations, I am looking for a hygienist interested in acting as the Health Profession Corporation (HPC) owner and professional partner.
What is being offered:
$3,000–$5,000 per month compensation
Clinical work is optional
Approximately $75-100/hour if you choose to work clinically
No capital investment required
All legal, setup, compliance, and operating costs covered
Opportunity can be structured around your desired level of involvement
If you currently enjoy where you work and have no interest in relocating, this may still be an excellent opportunity to create an additional income stream while participating in the growth of a professionally developed clinic.
