Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) | No Weekends

For over 40 years, our family-focused dental practice in Middleburg Heights has proudly served the greater West Side of Cleveland. We have built our reputation on high-quality patient care, a warm office atmosphere, and exceptional team culture.
Many of our staff members have been with us for 10+ years—a testament to our supportive work environment, collaborative doctors, and dedicated hygiene team. We are looking for a skilled, patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice and continue that tradition of excellence!

Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal therapy.
Perform thorough intraoral exams, periodontal charting, and diagnostic dental radiographs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and personalized treatment plans.
Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance standards.
Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care.
Qualifications
Active Ohio Dental Hygienist License (RDH).
CPR/BLS Certification.
Excellent clinical skills paired with a compassionate, friendly chairside manner.
