Are you tired of feeling rushed, overworked and underappreciated? Lawson Family Dental is hiring a Licensed Dental Hygienist for 1 to 4 days a week in Sartell, MN. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including patient assessment charting, and periodontal evaluation while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and infection protocols.
Perform prophylaxis, root planing, and fluoride treatments; educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and preventative care to improve overall oral health.
Utilize dentistry techniques to support the dentist, ensure efficient patient flow, and maintain accurate medical and dental records.
Operate dental software (Eaglesoft) for scheduling, documentation, and coding; monitor vital signs as needed and communicate findings to the team.
Ensure a safe clinical environment by applying aseptic technique and adhering to medical and dental terminology standards.
