We are seeking an investor/capital partner to support the acquisition and growth of dental practices under our DSO platform. This is an opportunity to participate in a scalable, recession-resistant healthcare model with strong unit economics.
Responsibilities
Serve as the licensed clinical owner of record for the practice
Provide general/specialty dentistry and oversee clinical quality standards
Lead and mentor the clinical team (associates, hygienists, assistants)
Maintain compliance with state dental board and licensing requirements
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including dental examinations, restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant procedures.
Lead clinical operations by developing treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and diagnoses using dental terminology and medical imaging.
Ensure adherence to all HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws to protect patient privacy and maintain legal compliance.
Maintain infection control standards through aseptic techniques and sterilization protocols to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with team members on patient care strategies, communicate effectively about treatment options, and foster positive client relationships.
Conduct dental procedures such as root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and dental fabrication with precision and professionalism.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance clinical outcomes and practice efficiency.
Skills
Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures: extractions, root canals, implants, orthodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery.
Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques and anatomy relevant to dental diagnosis and treatment planning.
Deep understanding of healthcare diagnosis processes combined with excellent patient assessment skills.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws to ensure compliance at all times.
Ability to communicate complex dental terminology clearly to patients and team members alike.
Skilled in infection control practices and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Demonstrated leadership in managing clinical teams while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere focused on quality care.
