The Role
As a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA), you are the heartbeat of our clinical operations. You’ll work closely with our orthodontists to provide top-tier chairside care, ensuring our patients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Provide expert chairside assistance during orthodontic examinations and procedures.
Patient Advocacy: Ensure every patient feels cared for and comfortable throughout their visit.
Safety & Sterilization: Maintain a pristine clinical environment by preparing and sterilizing instruments according to the highest hygiene standards.
Education: Empower patients and families by explaining orthodontic procedures and home-care instructions.
Documentation: Maintain precise patient records and assist with clinical administrative tasks as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
Credentials: A valid Minnesota State License as a Dental Assistant (LDA).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients of all ages.
Team Spirit: A proactive, collaborative mindset—you enjoy helping your colleagues succeed.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy and strong organizational habits.
Bilingual Skills: While not required, being bilingual is a significant plus!
