Southwood Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to cover a maternity leave for an associate. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established, high‑demand patient base with immediate production potential.
The clinic operates in a fast‑paced, emergency‑driven environment with strong patient flow and consistent scheduling. The is an ideal role for a confident clinician seeking strong earning potential.
Schedule
The clinic operates on a rotational schedule:
6‑day / 4‑day rotation
Clinic hours: 9:00am – 9:00pm
Split shifts typically:
9:00am – 3:00pm
3:00pm – 9:00pm
1:00pm - 9:00pm
Clinic Overview
DDS Chairs: Typically 3 allocated
Team & Structure
3 DDS onsite
2 RDHs (lighter hygiene model)
RDA support always available
Long‑tenured team with strong workflow efficiency
Practice Environment
High‑volume, emergency‑focused model
Consistently busy with strong patient demand
Efficient, production‑driven workflows
Support available from partner for more complex procedures as needed
This environment is best suited for dentists who are confident, efficient, and comfortable managing a high volume of patients.

Basic oral surgery
Crown and bridge
Fillings, extractions, and emergency care

Wisdom teeth extractions supported by partner if needed

Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
