Our office is a well established, state of the art, private practice, located in Burlington, MA. We have a professional, friendly, and caring team that provides the highest level of care to our patients.
We are looking for an individual that is; professional, reliable, detail oriented, organized, and a team player.
Responsibilities include:
Provide exceptional customer service.
Manage provider schedules.
Greet and register patients.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages in a professional and timely manner.
Calculate and collect co-payments when services are rendered.
Present treatment plans and financial options in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the best outcome for our patients.
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Dental Front Desk: 2 years (Required)
Dental office: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
Burlington, MA 01803 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
Burlington, MA 01803: Relocate before starting work (Required)
