What You’ll Do:
Greet and check-in patients with a smile
Schedule and confirm appointments
Handle phone calls and patient inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with our clinical team for seamless patient care
What We’re Looking For:
Positive, upbeat attitude
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Experience in a dental or medical front office is a plus
Comfort with dental software (Open Dental experience is a bonus!)
Punctual, professional, and a true team player
