We are seeking an Associate Dentist that shares our passion for quality patient care as well as creating a welcoming environment. **What you'll do as a Dentist:**
* Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental treatment while holding to the highest standards of patient care
* Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations
* Promote a supportive atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable with case acceptance and receiving treatment as well as to encourage patient retention
* Partner with all team members in fostering a collaborative environment
**What you'll bring:**
* Minimum of 2 years' experience practicing as a dentist with a broad scope of procedures
* DEA registration
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Exceptional Earning Potential in excess of $350,000/year
* $900–$1,000 Daily Minimum Guarantee
* 32% of Net Collected Production or Daily Minimum, whichever is greater
* Potential to earn up to 35% of Net Collected Production
* Bonus eligibility
* Profit Sharing
* 401(k) with employer matching
* Health insurance
* Malpractice coverage
* License fee reimbursement
* $1,000 annual Continuing Education credit
